Who We Are
Our team offer over 20 years of experience as Architects and Building Surveyors.
Videre deliver a variety of services across London and the Southeast of England, adopting a competitive and tailored approach to assist you with either the purchase of your next residential or commercial property or, undertaking alterations and improvements to it in order to achieve your brief. We deliver this, whilst advising upon all technical and statutory requirements along the way. This may include but not exhaustively; planning applications, building control submissions and those set out by The Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Crucially, we aim to avoid delays on a project by identifying all required consultancy services and investigations at an early stage. In the rare circumstance, that we do not deliver these in-house, we will make sure that a cost effective appointment can be made on your behalf.
Our team comprise qualified and fellow members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS and FRICS) and The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and are registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Our surveyors also hold accreditation with The Pyramus & Thisbe Society (MPTS) a learned society of party wall practitioners.
